Know every commission from booking to payout.
See what each booking should earn, match it against your supplier statements, and keep sight of what’s still unpaid. It’s all in one place, from the expected amount to the matched payout.
Follow the commission, from booking to every payout.
TripLoft is built around how a commission actually moves, from expected on a booking, through statements and reconciliation, to a recorded payout, carrying each agent's share the whole way.

Bookings
Every booking shows the supplier it's with, how the commission splits across your sub-agencies and agents, and its live status, updated as payments land.
A growth engine, not just a payout tracker.
Every booking your agents close becomes commission you owe them. TripLoft tracks every dollar from statement to payout and pays each agent their split, so the people who earn for you stay, and grow with you.

Reconcile with AI in minutes. Not hours.
Upload a supplier statement and TripLoft's AI matches every line to a real booking. You review what it found, confirm the matches, and nothing counts until you approve it.
Upload or log it
Add a statement manually with the payer, reference, and total, or upload a PDF, CSV, Excel and let AI read the lines for you.
Review, don't guess
Every AI match is proposed, not final. Confirm it, skip it, or send it to Unmatched. Nothing counts until a person approves it.
Nothing slips through
If a matched booking's supplier or confirmation number changes later, TripLoft flags the conflict for review before anything is paid out.

Adjustments and unmatched bookings
Sometimes a deduction or bonus changes what a supplier pays, sometimes a payment is for a booking no one has entered yet. TripLoft accounts for both.
Adjust at company or payee level
Some money the agency keeps, some belongs to a sub-agency or agent. Record every recall, bonus, or fee at the right level.
Adjust a whole group at once
Apply one payee adjustment across everyone it affects, split proportionally by their bookings, instead of entering it one by one.
Unmatched, until its booking shows up
The amount waits in Unmatched, and the moment an agent creates the booking that matched, TripLoft prompts you to link them, so it reaches the right agent.

From Ready to Pay to paid and shared.
TripLoft records every payout to the cent and gives each payee their own statement. You keep paying through your usual methods.
Pay some, hold the rest
Pay whoever's ready. Anything on hold is left out on its own, so nothing under review ever goes out by mistake, until its hold expires or someone lifts it.
Everyone sees what they earned
Marking a booking paid sends the agent a notification and their own statement in TripLoft, with every booking behind the amount.
Recall with a full unwind
If something's wrong after a payout, reverse it and its bookings return to Ready to Pay. Nothing moved yet, just back to you for correction.
The ledger stays clean because the data starts clean.
Only your accredited bookings reach you
Your agents book through your approved suppliers on your agency's accreditations (IATAN, CLIA etc), and only those bookings reach you for reconciliation, because those are the ones you earn commission on. Anything booked outside your approved suppliers, or marked independent, stays out of your view.
You decide what a booking needs
Choose which fields an agent has to complete before a booking can be marked Booked, like confirmation number, or booking amount etc. A booking only reaches you to reconcile once it's Booked, so every detail you need to match is already there.
